I own a '99 Dakota extended cab 2 wheel drive. I recently purchased some 2003 rims. I know that they will fit but i'm wondering what other modifications I'll need to do after changing from 15" rims to 16" rims.
additional info. the tires I have on my 15's are 255/60/r15's I'm looking at Bridgestone A/T Revo's 255/70/r16 or 245/70/r16's for my new wheels

If you go with the 255/70-16's your speedo will be off by 11.1% too slow.
When your speedo reads 60mph, you'll really be going 66.7 mph.
I use this tire calculator when I'm wanting to change sizes.
