Should fit everything from 97 - 02 (not sure bout 03). So Mikes94Dakota, it won't fit on yours and Robs2000 it will bolt right on to yours, but you may need to buy a v8 cable (around 30 bucks at your local Dodge dealer).

Thanks to all those who inquired and to the lucky new owner for the smooth transaction!
I put mine on this weekend and LOVE IT!
Well worth it...the new V8 throttle cable was only like 23 bux from the dealer.
FYI.
Just make sure they dont order you the TV (kickdown) cable...make it clear that you need the cable coming fromt he gas pedel....apparently i wasnt clear enough...LOL
