i have got 2002 rc v6 with flowmaster exhuast k&n intake and msd ignition
i have the extend warranty and the guys at the dealership are dicks roller rokers and bored throttle bodies void the the warranty
they claim headers are ok
i was thinking headers
super chip programmer
royal purple??????
electric fan
and power pulleys if i can find them for the 2002
and other suggestions would be helpful

He's right on a stock truck headers don't help but
will change the sound.
To take advantage of headers you need more flow
on the intake side, TB 1.7 rockers.
Go with the superchips programer, elect fan and
removing the big clutch fan is worth about 10HP
the pullies will also help but most just run the
crank pully, you can run the 3 set as long as you
do not have a lot of extra electrical draw because
they under drive the Alt and water pump
Any internal engine mod will void warrantee but
the TB should not
