 Subject: what differential should i use

i own a 98 dakota(3.9L) and am planning to install a differential in addition to gears. now the question, what is the best unit to use with the 3.90 gears i am gonna use? and does anyone have info on what my cruise rpm will be after the install?( i have 17" kmc venom rims and 245/45 tires) any help wil be great,

based on gear ratios and tire size
