Is it worth building up a v6 motor or should i just buy a v8, i know if a get a v6 it will probably save me alot on gas but can i get good speeds out of it?

Buy the V8, you will get better gas milage and more power. I is worth the money, I love my V6 Dakota to death but I would of rather sprung for the V8.

Your not going to get any kind of gas milage out of a V-6. Go for the V-8

hmmm.... the best i got was 20 city and 25 highway... i guess thats not any kind of gas mileage

i think the best option is to stroke a v6 and put a supercharger on it. your v6 is lighter and its just cool to be able to have a sixer and run numbers the motor would with scer and stoker kit.
