Message: Ive got a 93 Dak V6 and im fixing to do an engine swap to the V8. I was wondering if any one knew what the ratio on the stock 93 V6 rear ends are? IM planning on putting posi on there and maybe bumping it up to a 3:55 ratio.

Message: Look under the hood or in the clove box there
should be a sticker with the ratio.
Either 3.21 or 3.55 in the 93.
8.25 with a 3.91 ratio is about the best all
around ratio and will only run about 200 rpm
more so you will not sacrifice hardly any gas
milage with the over drive on these trucks.
In O/D they are 2.76 ratio with the 3.55
