V8 or after market TB
1.7 roller rockers.
Super chips micro tuner
Now burn the bigger charge better
MSD 6a MSD Coil and 8.5 wires
Now get more out
Headers
low restrictin muffler
In that order, if you do the exhaust first you
will see no benifits

you'll have a helluva time shaving 10 sec. when your lucky if it'll 17sec in the quarter stock.
follow Larry's list of mods though they work.

Titanium Nickasil plugs...now on sale at your local UFO repair shop 1000.00 each, but i hear you get 100+HP!! add these,and a few stickers from K&N,Gibson,Holley,and Edelbrock and you'll be runnin the 1/4 mile in 5 seconds or less!
oh and dont forget to add some NAWSSSS!

I thought those were the new Area 51 Plugs
Test proven on all the newer model flying saucers

naw larry right i just put area 51 pluggs in my 59 edsel and now it turns the 1/4 in 7.3 and gets about 50 lpg (light years per gram of nutreum) ill probly get better with the amsoil when i change next.
