Subject: what series 40, 50, 40 or 50 delta?

Message:
I am looking for a nice good deep sound for my 3.9 with dual exhaust and about 3 inch tips, also a stock converter. I want to here it but I just dont want it to be too loud. I have made up my mine on a Flowmaster and would like to know what series should I go with. I think a 40 is too loud and a 50 delta "may" be to soft. I just would like to know how does the 40 delta flow compare to the 50 non-delta flow and 50 delta. The guy at flowmaster said you need to put a 50 series on a v6 because it is a 3 chamber muffler and the 40 is only a 2 chamber made for v8's. He also said the 50 would give a total better sound and deeper tone on a v6. I would also like to say that I would rather have it to soft then to loud so the 50 delta may be an option. I also do not want it sounding like a lawn mower coming down the road.
All help is appericated
