 Subject: Will these tires fit?

I have a 98 2wd with r/t wheels. I curently have 275/45/17 tires but want to change them. The stock height of the tires on a r/t are 29 in. (275/55/17). I want to put 285/60/17's on my wheels. This puts the tire at 30.4 in. high. If I put a 2in. suspension lift on the front will these tires fit?? If anyone knows of anything that may help feel free. Thank you.

yeah they'll fit, or at least I can make them fit,you might need the help of a jackhammer and a cutting torch, but yeah, I can make them fit.
