 Subject: Tachometer Wiring???

I recently replaced the guages in my 88 with a set out of a 92 because it has a tachomter. now the problem is my Dak didnt come with one from the factory now i have every guage working except the Tach, is thier wires i need to run or is there one already ran for it that i might not have hooked up???

Did you swap the entire cluster or just the guages? I swapped my entire cluster for a tach one too. No problems. It was a direct swap and everything works.

You would need to look at the 92's cluster plug
other wise you need to run some wires.
There may be room on the cluster connector to ad
the wires in to run the tach
minis - side of coil and ground will run the tach
