Yeah, try greathoods.com , they have a nice ram air hood that looks real sharp but it depends on what year you have.

Do the hoods for the 5.2/5.9's fit the 3.9? I'm thinking yes, but I wanna make sure cuz I am looking into getting a functional ram air hood sometime. Those hoods at greathoods.com are nice looking, but for fiberglass hoods, they are pretty expensive. I've seen places that have some very similar for under $300 I'm thinking. I could be wrong though... http://www.cervinis.com has a couple nice hoods. There's another site I was looking at that has some KICKASS hoods, but they won't ship to residential areas and I can't remember the addy. lol.

I have a 95 club cab, 3.9L with 130K. Just starting to upgrade, just found this site...It's great! Wish I'd found this 5 years ago! Anyway, I just put in a K&N drop in. Everything else is stock. If I go with an open air filter (on top of the throttlebody) will I still have enough clearance under the hood or will I have to modify it?

I just put an open air filter on mine with no clearance problems... Dunno how different hood clearance is between a gen II and gen III though. Mine's a 98. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have a problem with it though.

sumthing to think about after like 2 years the fiberglass hoods will tend to bow and flex, especialy if its goin to b snowed on and stuff like that.
