Degree of difficulity: 1, if you can't do this buy a bicycle.
Time: 20 minutes, not even enough time to guzzle 2 beers.
Effect: Feels livlier. Definitely crisper throttle response. For what I paid for the TB, definitely worth it.
I think porting the manifold flange would help more. I'm doing the S bolt tomorrow.
The old TB wasn't too messy at all. Just a little black soot. Surprising for 56,000 miles.
