The install is pretty straight forward. The TDC stuff is the old school way... LMAO. I have come up with something easier, and just as accurate.
If you can take off the valve covers, you can swap the rockers. You'll need a torque wrench, some locktite red, clean rags to wipe everything down (need clean surfaces, free from oil when you put the studs into the head).
On a 3.9L V6, with Crower rockers you'll need to modify the valve covers to get clearance for the studs (I offer this, with powdercoated covers as a direct swap for your old ones-- helps you with the install, plus you have a nice set of custom powdercoated covers).
The install takes approx 3 hours to do-- the adjustment (my way) is about 20 minutes on a V8---
Give me a call, or fire me an email if you have questions.
I offer 100% phone support during installations (on the weekends)-- I have free minutes. Have no problem helping people out.

Message: There a piece of cake. The instructions in the box tell you how to adjust them. You don't need to be at TDC, just turn the crank untill the valves you are working on are fully closed then tighten the rocker down until there is no vertical play in the pushrod (but you can still spin it with your fingers) Then go about another 3/4 of a turn and lock them down. I think thats pretty much it, this is all from memory so check the instructions in the box to make sure there isn't anything else. I've had mine in for about 5,000 hard miles now without any problems.
The install took me about 1.5 hours on my V6, but i build engines for a living so your milage may vary.

Message: You can use carb cleaner or starting fluid, just
spray the stud holes out with it than air so your
locktight works good.
Mine have 10,000 miles and no probs, I have a few
customers trucks with over 50,000 on them and
still working great.
Sam has some good directions on his site for the
install http://www.socaldakota.com/frame.htm
They are a very noticeable upgrade adding about
18 hp at the rear wheels more torque and also if
you drive the same you will get better gas milage
Worth every penny they cost.
