Does that whrill wind thing they advertise on tv work? also should i just put the k&n filter in or the whole system? what does just the paper filter do?

Spacer junk unless you like a loud whistle
Cold air set up and a V8 or aftermarket TB is
your best option.
A drop in K&N will help with response and gas
mileage but there is no big performance gain
