Message: In Florida it is definitely worth it. Don't expect huge gains it just is very good at keeping you power where it is at on the cooler days as compared to the doginess you feel on a hot day.

Message: Yep, I ported the stock one. I bet it flows just as well as those fastman ported 68mm. I just did the same thing they did to the stock throttle body. Enlarged the opening to a little more than the size of the throttle blade and milled half the shaft off. Not sure I would recomend the shaft milling to everyone. There could be side effects.

Message: Huh? The one from the 3.9? I have a 4.7 sohc they came from the factory with a 68mm single blade. I just opened it up to flow better than stock. I think your confusion comes from me being on this board. I am just here to try and help out. I may have a V-8 but I have picked up a few tips and tricks concerning all mopar engines alot of them leaned from Bernd. He has a V-6 but I ask him V-8 questions.
You can port yours as well if you want a little extra power for nearly free. Here are some directions. Personaly I didn't remove the shaft in the throttle body and it ported out nicely. Tip don't remove any material from where the blades come the closest to the bore when throttle closed. Port your throttle body It is under the main menu.
