Well after over a year of my 97 RC V6 Dak sitting in a driveway with a broken down tranny...i took it to the shop and it's coming out in about 2 weeks.
I wanted to know if someone could give me a quick run down on some performance mods for my Dak.
Autolites...what kind?
180 degree stat....
what else.....

Whatever you do, don't put those damn autoite 3923s in your 3.9 without doing a modest amount of mods first. I did and I am pissed because I didn't read any posts about this until after I already switched them out.

Wow for real? Right now I have Bosch wires and the +2 plugs. I heard they're poop so I wanted to replace them as soon as I get the truck back. Right now it doesn't have anything really performance wise....the Bosch plugs and wires a drop in K&N, and a piece of dryer "tube" that is directed from the wheel well onto the air box, and a gutted cat.
