 Subject: Whats up with 3.55 Gears??

I have a 2002 dak sprt 4x4 v6 and it seems like the gears hold the truck back. I have and intake relocated iat, low temp thermo, and the jet stage 2 chip. I want to get a different ratio what should I expect from a 3.92 or 4.10?

get rid of that 180* t-stat and jet chip and you will get some low end back, that $hit dont work on the newer trucks like it does on the older ones all your doing is pricking up the puter

The lower gears will give you better acceleration but mpg will go down unless you went to taller tires than stock. I have ordered 4.10 gears for my 2x4 Dak and a Trac Loc. They will be here this week. I can't wait to see what the difference will be.
