hey guys this is a great website. ive read some great posts and most of you guys seem to know what youre doin. I want to switch from regular oil to synthetic. I was wondering if there are any additives or anything i need to add while making the switch. Ive heard its good to use a partial synthetic or a blend before going to full synthetic. I was also wondering what is a good synthetic. I want something that i can pick up at my local auto store (napa or advance). thats not to expensive. I use my truck mostly for driving, offroading on weekends and major hauling once a month. thanks for the help.

then you better stick to dino juice at k-mart
mobil 1 will run you $4-5 a qt. or about $16-18. a gal.
and $10. for a filter
