okay on my 91 I can't figure out how to get the big round white plastic thing off my fuel tank. I did figure out how to get the lil ones off that are mounted in the large round plastic thing. any ideas?

It's threaded. Used a Large screwdriver and place it against one of the ridges and bump it with the palm of your hand (Counterclockwise)
