 Subject: How to install headers

I think ima be getting some headers soon. My question is how to install them.
Do you just remove the stock ones and put on the new ones with new gaskets? or do you need to apply something else (like a ceramic seal) to it???

don't waste your time or money you won't see or feel any difference in performance for the $4-500.
