Message: 99 v6 4x4
I was bummed to learn that there is no available chip for the v6
Other than exhaust and filter, what other non-machined additions can I do for a little extra pep?

Message: umm, where are you looking, JET and ASE both have computer chips/upgrades. i got one, mine is a 99 also.

Message: 1.7 crower rollers are a nice upgrade and will
give you a very noticable 18 RWHP.
Combine those with a bigger TB cold air intake
and a low restriction muffler.
MSD and MSD coil with some 8.5 wires to burn the
bigger charge.
Now add your ASE Chip you will benifit more from
the chip after your getting a bigger charge into
the cyl's

Message: will those 1.7 crowers work well with the stock valvetrain? no clearence problems?
