 Subject: rough idle help

My truck is idling very rough and I cant figure it out for the life of me. Ive checked the plugs and wires, replaced the rotor and cap, cleaned the throttle body and IAC, and reset the computer. the rotor and cap had no effect but needed replacing anyway, after I cleaned the IAC it seemed to do a better but only for about 10 miles. I'm gonna use STP Injector Cleaner in my next tank of gas but other than that I'm all out of ideas. Its only at Idle and only when the truck is in gear, its not regular either (ie: every couple seconds or gets one or two misses). I have no idea and im supposed to take a 250 mile trip on friday but dont want to drive the truck out of fear of it.
