 Subject: Water pumps??

The new water pump I got has a pressed on pulley, the old water pump I took off has a bolted on pulley. Both pumps & pulleys look identical except for the bolts. Will it work ok or am I missing something here?

hey tim I have a 96 when I changed the oe pump it had bolt's on it but they were only good for getting leverge to take off the fan cluth by wedgeing it with a big ass screwdriver. my replacement didn't have any bolts but it did have some holes so I rigged to dowl pins in there so I could get it to stay in place to install.
