Yes. I just replaced the blower on my 94 Dakota and you have to remove the lower inst. panel from the left side of the stering wheel to the glove box and the trim around the radio and speedo. took about 2 1/2 hrs. Make sure its the motor first by checking all the other things it could be first. Go back and read all the posts about blower motors on this board for all the things to check.
