Subject: Blower motor replacement

Hello, first may I say this is the best board I've ever seen for auto probs. I've learned so much from it, thanks.
The blower in my 94 dakota is bad. I've checked all the things to check after reading about other peoples blower motors from fuses and wireing and plugs and restor boards and switches and it all checks ok but still motor not working. Now it's time for the big Q. Could anyone tell me how to get the old blower out so I can put the new one in. The book I have (Haynes)says to remove the lower inst. panel but does'nt say how to do so. The dealer wants more then I make in week to replace it and I feel I can do it, but I can't seem to get to it. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Bob..
