 Subject: 1994 Dakota SS 4WD V6

I have transmission fluid leaking between where the tranfer case bolts onto the transmission. I am considering performing this job myself and was told I could have blew a rear seal in the transmission as well as the gasket being shot. Any advice on how hard of a job this is for a back yard mechanic?? Any speical tools required?? ANY ADVICE WILL GREATLY BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!
Also if a garage performs the work, any idea on the cost??

Mic its a easy job it sounds like your gasket is gone.It will take about an hour job.I just did mine it toke two of us.
