i blew my motor 3 weeks ago and still waiting for those bastards to fix it.the cust serv 800 number is even worse.how can i get back at em?i have spent tonnes of cash on a rental cause dodge only pays for five days.is there anyone i can contact?or do i just have to burn the place down?

hey, everytime my truck breaks down, they let me use one of the old neons or something from their used lot. Once the boss man even let me take his bmw for the afternoon. Maybe ask them if you can just take one of the cheaper neons or breezes or something

wanna get back at a dealer eh...call the home office and raise some hell there. i managed to get a service manager fired from a pontiac dealer in california :) if by some chance youve lucked out and gone to a dealer who hasnt gone though his probation period...one call from corporate complaining, and you pretty much can get what ya want. good luck

Raise absolute hell!!!! Companies today seem dont operate in good faith or by whats right. Just go up in there and go ape wild, and put them in their place and you may get a Viper!!haha, but really it seems thats the way it works. Scott made a good point, I would save the receipts from the rental cars and raise a little hell and get your money back. I mean this man just bought a new vehicle that is having problems, take care of him. Hell, that even pisses me off. Good luck man. Five star my ass.

Every area has a manager to oversee the dealerships. For Oregon there is a Northwest manager that anyone can contact about a dealer who is not treating you right. Contact the one for your area. That dealer or another one should supply you with the number apon request. Go get them! This is out of line for sure. Good Luck.

Take that advice and rest assured you will never get any cooperation from that dealership for anything ever, no matter how legit you need help.
Instead of raising hell, act like an adult and get the district/regional manager involved.

hey,thanx for the support.i got my truck back finally,with a greasy hand print on the carpet on the door and with no anti freeze in it.i over heated it 10 mins after picking it up.so far with my scrap they waived my deductible(ext warranty)and offered me free detailing,not much but it's a start.i'm going to raise more hell when i bring back the truck to get them to check the heads and head gasket.anyone know how to make letter bombs?i'll let you know how it goes.just a suggestion i think we should do group bitching's with dodge.
