Message: I ran mine today 89 degrees outside with no probs.
Just be sure you get one big enough 2400 to 2800
cfm with a thermo switch.
I have installed about 6 Black Magic BM150
Flexolite fans on the Daks and they work great
They are around $200 and include the thermo swich
and relay and fair instructions.
Be sure you install it so the air is pulled in
from the outside through the Rad not backwards
blowing the hot air off the motor out through
the Rad.
I also install them with a master disconect switch
and a manual on switch incase the thermo switch
fails. Have not seen that happen on any yet.
I also use a resistor and a red LED in the switch
box so you can see when its running.

Message: Recently, my water pump went out. After getting it fixed, i noticed there was still a slight squeal in the fan. So i removed it and installed a Black-magic 150. Wow. What a difference. The truck just feels good accelerating and passing now. No more embarrassing revs while passing on the highway.

Message: Leave the belt the old fan just unscrews from the
front of the waterpump pully.
You will gain about 5 HP by removing the big clutch fan.
