Subject: Functional "Ram-Air" on V6

Does anyone know how to or has a Gen II with a functional "Ram-Air" hood? I need to know how it was done and what hood your using. I have a hood and want it functional but don't exactly have the technical support of the hood maker who said it couldn't be made functional because it was a v6?

KRC performance on line has a few photos of ram air hoods for the GENII`s. I would call them and ask if there are, or can be functional. Also someone here posted a website about a company that makes a ram air airhat (dual inlets)that fits most any 3.9,5.2 , and 5.9. Looking at it should be easy to modify it to be functional. When I return to the states from Italy in the summer I will be looking into the hood shown on the white GEN II at KRC. I as well want it functional but for eng comp cooling purposes only.

1996 ext cab 4x4 3.9
Intense Intake, Flowmaster 50SUV, IAT adj, Ported TB, 180tstat, 3923's, Brass cap n rotor.
