Alright... Well, I've come up with this list of mods to be put in by end of summer what do you think----> 9mm jba wires, borg cap and rotor, iat adjust, crasound high flow cat, 180 t stat, water pump, underdirve pulley, black magic elec fan, msd off road ignition with rev limit, and blaster coil...
i have the auotlites already, k&n. I am an off roader obviously form the ignition stuff but im thinking about scrubbing the igntion box till later so i can buy the truspeed recalibrator cuz im running 33's and would like things back to normal from what those did. Tell me what u think... it would cost about 900 to a grand for all this. The throttle body is by the very end of the year for sure... Tell me what you think if this is a good combo or if there is something i should be getting first. Thanx

Tony, You don't need the TrueSpeed for the '97. 1997 was the last year you could just change out the Speedo-Gear.

It is electronic, but they still used a speed-gear in the '97 models.

You know what I think?
I think you should have been honest with me when you told me you were going to buy my Jet chip - I turned down 2 other offers only because you said you were going to buy mine. Then your engine conveniently blew up - and all of a sudden you dont have any money to buy my chip.
I really appreciate it - thanks for the honesty.

im on the phone right now cuz they denied my warranty and im gonna rip them a new one.. jesus yea i lied about my engine blowing
i had it fixed by like late november... im sorry for being honest if thats what ur angry about. Man, i thought people on here were nicer than that. I'm sorry for inconvenience but my truick did blow and i got a new engine. I'm sorry. That's all I can say and this doesnt give you any reason to jump all over me callin me a liar.

im sorry about your engine blowing - but try to understand my viewpoint:
you never told me you changed your mind about the chip - i had to email you to ask if you were still interested (also to show my concern for the Dak)...and thats when you told me you werent going to buy it.
in other words, i would still be waiting (2 months now since it happened) for you to tell me that you werent going to buy it.
maybe honesty was the wrong word - lack of consideration for the other person is probably better.

I'm sorry about all this... I understand your view... My mind has been filled with this engine blow thing. Chrysler is really handing me some huge bull and I just got more bull from there customer service if thats what u wanna call it today. Well, I don't want the chip anymore cuz I've been doing research kust recently about the IAT adjuster and I hear it doesnt work well with it. I'm sorry at the time i thought i wanted the chip but now that Im gettin that I don't. I'm really sorry Things just happened at the wrong time and it's driving me nuts. Thanks though... I appreciate you holding it. This was all my fault.
I hope there isnt any hard feelings.
