yup,im doin the big swap too. 78' 318[premag]into a 95 dak.it has a little 2.5 seized with good body.3.55s in rear which is fine alot of muscle cars had em.lsd would be cool.mike schumaker from engine-swap.com has the correct oil pan and mounts both for 600 bucks package deal.just do it. all bolt on. mopar dealer guys and speed shop people are morons. magnum blocks are different than premags, see for yourself.screw the efi,w/pcm, go carbureted ! hooker super comp headers fit good too or mopar performance.

can i change from a larger motor to a smaller one? I have a race truck that i blew the motor up and not a pretty sight.LOL and 3.9v6 is hard to find. can i put a 3.3v6 in its place?

Yes the smaller V6 will bolt right in all wireing
is the same you just don't use the #7&8 injector
plugs

You must also use the V6 computer and get the Vin
flashed posably

Most salvage yards sell the comp with the motor

Oh use the flex plate from the V8 the trans will
bolt right u than
