F & B Billet TB, 50mm, is 400 dollars a fair price or is it overpriced?
i saw it on ebay and wondered if that would work for a slightly modified V-6.(flowmaster muffler, K&N, TBS.)

$400 is normal retail price.
The 50mm is too big for the V6...stick with the 48mm for normally aspirated engines.

just a thought i have an old mopar magzine about that they took a stock tb and grounded the air horns around the butterfly's made the whole top of the tb smooth just like they do on drag cars i done it on a 94 3.9 with an open air filter it seem to give me better gas millage more so than horsepower darrell
