Message: It seems as if I asked a question that no one knows the answer to or no one cares about , I'll try again.
Does anyone know how to find the problem with cruise control?
On My 1992 Dakota with the 3.9 V-6, the cruise control, started cutting off after a few miles, than just did a complete "tar-baby",won't engage or anything.
What is the procredure for trouble-shooting this???
Thanks
Lloyd

Message: Check your fuses and then check the speed/distance sensor on the rear of the transmission, if the vehicle has an automatic trans, does the O/D work? If not it may be the sensor.
