Message: That really depends on what comes in that exaust system you talked about and the mufler you talked about for $30 (I'd say that's a POS). First off 3" pipes is usually the best, for sound and power. Anything over 3" in a gasoline engine and you won't notice a large difference. Next Flowmaster, Flowmaster, Flowmaster. Nothing flows better other than straight pipes (and mabye a glass pack). Now, if your exaust flows faster than, I'm tempted to say a ford but my lawn mower can go faster than 0kph broken on the side of the road..... Anyway back to the point, the great exaust needs a good intake, otherwise its pointless. It'd be like using a funnel backwards.
The gains you'll get from the intake and exaust work are:
-more power and torque
-That great beefy sound
-Better gas milage.
Personally with a dodge truck, after the whole ignition system I'd do the intake and exaust.
