why did my check engine light all of a sudden turn on? just put on flowmaster, but that shouldnt do anything.

Just reset the computer and try again.
Diconect the Neg bat cable go in the truck and
turn the key like you are going to start it and
hold it in the start position for about 30 seconds.
Now shut the key off and reconect the bat cable
and start your truck it will than relearn
everything and all should be well.
This happens once in a while on some trucks.
