Message: I also tried the Bosch +4's they were good at low
rpm at 2000 rpm it was doggie.
Get yourself a set of cheap autolites, if you get
the AP3923 you can open the gap .005 over stock
because the platnum has a lower resistance than
the regular ones. .035 with reg .040 with single
platnum.
I am running the AP3923 with my MSD system at .050
and it runs great.
If you want to stay with the same heat range it
would be A3924 or AP3924 on a stock ign the
platnum will last longer
Your choice on heat range. Wal Mart has autolites
for $.99 each you cant go rong.

Message: I put +4's in mine about 25000 miles ago. I have had
no problems with them, mileage is generally 21 to 23
on the highway. What I have noticed is that my idle stays steady now instead of bouncing as it did with the champions.

Message: Bosch +4 plugs wake up your Dak if you have a performance coil (Jacobs, MSD etc) otherwise the old style work better

Message: I run nothing but NGK's in everything I own. They are great factory replacements and are precision made. The iridium XR's have 6 times lower resistance than platinum and require much less voltage than standard plugs. I know they are imported from Japan, but they have made a believer out of this good ole' boy. Way better than Champions or Autolites. Plus I've had way too many problems with Bosch Platinum +4's (mainly because you can't gap them properly).
