Message: i would like your opinions about what flowmaster to get. I would like a nice rumble but now loud and ricey.
Also what are some cheap upgrades that i can get. I've got a TB spacer, and K&N already. Thanks for your help

Message: go for the 50 series, it's a lower rumble, and same performance as the 40's.
go to speedtweaks.net, Bernd owns it.
I myself just ordered an IAT adjuster, just waiting like a kid on Christmas now...

Message: Thanks for the advice, I pretty much have my mind set on the 50 series Delta Flow now.
What are some good spark plug wires that run well with Autolite 3923's
thanks again

Message: I bought the 40 series and it sounds d@mn good! I have it dumped under the bed and it gives a really cool hollow sound under full throttle, kinda like the old school 5.0s.
Don't worry about the rice sound, we have 3.9 liters and one cam in the block, nothing like a 2.8 liter over head cam!

Message: i have heard that the 40 series is quite loud with not much rumble. Is it true. does the 50 series Delta Flow have a better rumble?
Will either of these two help increase HP or is it only for sound. If so by how much.
Is it better to put a cat-back exhaust? How much money does it cost to put in a cat-back exhaust system?
I am most likely going to buy something next week and am looking for some good advice.

Message: If you don't wanna mess w/ the cat, just go for the muffler. There's a slight performance improvement, as a result of better air flow. You will gain better performance with the cat-back. As far as #'s go, you won't gain significant power.
for more info, read up on www.flowmastermufflers.com
as far as wires go, find out what speedtweaks sells, I believe they have Taylor Universal's for sale...

Message: I'm sorry, I retract that. Go with the Borg Warner plug wires, I've heard much more of them, all favourable.

Message: Which K&N do you have; the cold air or the drop-in? If the former, you should have noticed a nice kick in the butt from that. I've heard really good things about throttle body swaps, to either ported or V8 tb's - me, I'm doing that next. My exhaust (just muffler though) didn't match the K&N for improvement. Sure sounds good tho (Gibson).
