 Subject: A/C and heater problem

Hey all,
I have a 99 3.9L and can't quite figure out the A/C and heating system. For some reason the air will only circulate out of the defrost vents, no matter what position I choose, hot or cold,hi or lo, A/C to feet to defrost, it stays at the dfrost vents. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
1999 3.9L SLT/Cold Air Intake/TB spacer/8.5 mm wires/platinum2 plugs/stage 2 jet chip/crankcase breather/180 t-stat/neons/Toyo proxes s/t tires/catco hi-flow cat/custom straight pipes/Monza Tip/and lots of fun.
