Thanks to all who have helped with my ongoing dilema with my 1999 Sport, V6. Ive got the dreaded "Check Engine" light that will not go away! I have gotten the code that states that cylinder #2 is not firing. The fuel pump was replaced (575.00) the injectors were cleaned (175.00) and the problem still persists. I am now being told that the manifold gasket COULD be the problem. Has anybody heard of this and is it an expensive fix? I am looking to sell the truck as I have a new addition to the family and need a larger vehicle. Its a great truck, but its time for it to go. Thanks.

I have also put new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor on also. Have not tried the cam sensor. What is involved in changing that? Thanks for the help.

napa or autozone might have it but you may have to ask for a earlier model year to get one remember the v6 magnum has been pretty much unchanged sence "93"

the bellypan gasket comes in the set with the intake gasket. Just bought 1 @ O'reilly's for about $22.
Whole job takes about 3 hrs and pretty basic with the right tools and lotsa luck
