Message: If I swap my engine out 98 3.9l to a v8 I know I have to change computer and engine together I live in Ca. will I beable to smog my truck? Also if I stay with the 3.9 and change the tb does that effect smog? Just wondering I am about the change to a cat back and headers but I dont want to spend the money now if I can do a swap later. Thanks
