Message: Sounds like they you did not put them on in the correct order. Looking at the motor from the front of the truck, the cylinders are numbered like this
rear
6 5
4 3
2 1
Front
The firing order on the v6 is 1 6 5 4 3 2. On your distibutor cap, find the post labeled with the number 1. Connect that to the number 1 spark plug. Then work around the distributor cap clockwise in the firing order. do number 1 then 6 then 5 then 4 and so on. Double check it once your done. Its easy to get them switched around if you are not carefull.
