Hey, yea so i bought my 2000 dodge dakota 4x4 3.9L v6 drriving it to school i get cut off and swerve slide and hit a a pole at like 10mph not that bed but my bed is all pushed in right in front off the passenger side back wheel, how much you think this will cost to fix, also lost front under bumber thing?

What if it only cost $20 to fix it in my 'hood because of all the wetback bodyshops. BUT in his part of town/country it may cost $200.
Why ask on this forum? Are we body shop people in his town that can give a valid estimate? HELL NO!

Why don't you just accept that you're a poor pitiful loser. This forum and website is here for people that have a question that they need answered or just want to talk about dakotas in general. You, on the other hand, are completely desicrating everything that this site has come to stand for in the last couple of years and I don't appreciate it at all. Hell, even i have asked some pretty stupid questions in the past and i don't regret it because there were people on this site that cared enough to answer them promptly and quite accurately. Then jackasses like yourself come along and spoil it for everybody because you think that everyone is an idiot for asking a simple question. I know that i can't do anything to stop you from posting but i hope that the next time you ask someone a legitimate question that they point and laugh at you because it was a "stupid" question.

I have went to school for body work, and have worked in shops.
It will depend on your area, as to how much it will cost to get fixed.
Another factor will be how bad its dented, or if its creased. If its really bad, you would be better off finding a used bed, have it painted, and just bolt the "new" one on yourself.
I have cut the pass side fender off the bed, and welded a used one back up on a 98 dak. It is a PITA.
