How hard are they to install? It looks pretty stright forward, but is it really as easy as it looks?

Not hard. Just take your time & be careful...especially when removing the original bolts & studs holding your current manifolds on. Spray some penetrating oil on & let it sit. Don't force them or you could break them off...which would be bad.
