Message: I have 99 Dakota RC 3.9 V-6 - had muffler shop install 2 1/2" Magnaflow with dual 2 1/2" pipes into 3" SS tips exiting at the rear corners. I am very pleased with the sound, the performance and mileage increase. The sound is great, I didn't want something to catch every cop's attention while driving and this is mellow unless you really get on it, then she sounds really nice. I would highly recommend Magnaflow. I went into the shop asking for Flowmaster and even though they sold anything I wanted, including alot of Flowmaster, they recommended I go with Magnaflow as better sound and performance. Total cost was $287.00 at Muffler Man - don't know if this is a decent price or not, but they did nice work!
