I just had my flywheel (94 3.9L) turned, my Haynes manual and clutch kit manual says to use new flywheel bolts. Any thoughts on this. It would be an 80$ expense and they have to be ordered.

nah, I've reused them. They should be fine. Just make sure they are tourqued to spec and use loc tite on them
