It won't gain you a whole lot at all. .030"-.040" over-sized is safe and .060" is really gettin there. (No real need to go .060" over-sized anyway.)
.030" larger, add a camshaft from Marty (KRC), some mile head work (no...not a massive "Port and Polish" job either unless you plan on running Alcohol or Nitromethane). Keep the head work to mild port cleanup (removing the casting flash) but concentrate on the bowls...that's where the power is.
Price depends on the machine shop and pistons/rings.
