I was wondering if any one had any tips on cleaning out an 7in powerstack intense filter.
How often should it be done and what is the best way to clean it?

Treat it like any other air filter, when it gets dirty.....clean it. I would say use something along the lines of like a K&N filter cleaner/recharging kit, its about 10 bux and the stuff is all basically the same.
