Hello people I'm a brasiliam guy and I love my Black Cub Cab 3,9L magnum Gas , 5 manual speedy, 1999 manufacured in Brazil, The Speedy meter only start works in 50 Miles/hours and it's loose the low RPM regulation the engeny dies always.
