 Subject: 2 Tb cables??wtf?? v8 tb swap

I was gonna call some junk yards tomarrow for a v8Tb to make a swap. I have a 1998 magnum 3.9 v6 auto now what should i be looking for a 98 dakota
with like a 5.2 or 5.7. another thing i looks like there are two cables??? i need some help with this what do i choose??

5.2 &5.7 are same &should fit fine.dont know why you see two cables...coming off the tb arm there
u should see two cables , one is from the gas pedal & the other goes down to the trany for kick
down.hope this helps.i also have 2 v-8 TB's for sale .mine is a 96 3.9 i changed it over to v-8
tb &am very pleased with it.but i have 2 more for
sale & all ready to bolt on.let me know if u-r

There's 2 different cables for the V8 TB--- Dakota and Ram V8 cable--- You need the Dakota cable, as the Ram V8 cable is too long.
NOT A 5.7L--- 5.2L/5.9L Dakota... Best to ask for a 5.2L Dakota V8 cable. Most dealerships should carry it.
I have V8 TBs and cables available once again.

if you see two cables coming from the front of the throttle body (throttle valve cable goes to the back) then you might be looking at the gas pedal and the cruise control.
