I am looking for some info on the crank in the '00 dakota. I am considering turbocharging to build a sleeper/daily driver . my question is: if boosted , how much do you get away with on your combos? is the crank forged? how about the rods, any good? I figure if someone here has been inside their motors they will know and perhaps share their wisdom .... I am thinking perhaps ten pounds boost if the bottom end can take it ...
If not , i will build it ... and they will come...
